General Questions

A: The INSPORT App is your gateway to Australia’s local sporting and cultural events. Available on Apple (iOS) and Android mobile devices, Meta Quest VR headsets and coming soon to Smart TVs too! It offers live and on-demand content, including matches, exclusive videos, event replays, highlights, athlete features, behind-the-scenes content, quick links to event information, merch stores, ambassador profiles and more. The VR experience takes you closer to the action with an immersive viewing environment designed to make you feel part of the event.

A: The INSPORT App is available on Meta Quest headsets, as well as Apple (iOS) and Android mobile devices. Smart TV compatibility will be introduced in 2026.

A: Simply download the INSPORT App from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Meta Horizon Store. You’ll need to create an account in-app to start watching.

A: Yes — creating an account is required to access live and on-demand content. Sign up directly in the app and start exploring the events and content available!

A: Offline viewing is on our roadmap for future updates. For now, you’ll need an internet connection to stream content.

A: You’ll find live events, replays, highlights, and special features from Australia’s local sporting and cultural events.

Yes — you can download and use the app globally, but event times are based on Australian time zones (AEST, UTC+10).
VR Headset Questions

A: No — while a VR headset provides the most immersive experience, you can also enjoy the INSPORT App on your Apple (iOS) and Android mobile devices.

A: Yes — the INSPORT App offers an immersive VR experience for selected events. Just download the app on your Meta Quest VR Headset and log in, choose one of the 360º supported events, and enjoy the action like never before!
Account Questions

A: Open the app, tap “Sign Up”, and enter your details. You’ll need to agree to the Terms & Conditions before completing registration.

A: Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions to receive a reset link via email. Alternatively, if you are already logged in, navigate to the Settings page, tap the “Edit Password” button, and enter your current password followed by your new password.

A: Open the Settings page, tap the “Edit Email” button, and update your email address. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify the change.

A: Go to the Settings page in the app, select “Delete Account”, and follow the confirmation steps. You’ll receive an email to verify the deletion before your account is permanently removed.
Technical Questions

A: Yes — a stable internet connection is required for smooth streaming. For the best experience, especially in VR, we recommend a download speed of at least 15 Mbps.

A: The INSPORT App currently supports Meta Quest headsets. Additional headset compatibility will be considered in future updates.

A: Smart TV support is still underway — while we continue to develop the INSPORT App’s compatibility for Smart TV, we recommend casting from your mobile device or VR headset to your TV using features like AirPlay, Chromecast, or your device’s built-in casting options.

Meta Quest 3 – Cast to a screen with Meta Quest | Quest help | Meta Store
Apple – Use AirPlay to mirror your screen to an Apple TV or AirPlay-enabled smart TV.
Android / Samsung – Use the built-in Cast or Smart View feature to stream to a compatible TV or Chromecast device.
Google Chrome Cast – Open the Google Home app and select your Chromecast device to mirror your screen.
Other casting options may be available depending on your device and TV model.

A: Updates will be available through the App Store, Google Play, or Meta Horizon Store. Make sure auto-updates are enabled for the best experience.
